In North Frisia and the borderland, but also for the rest of Schleswig - Holstein our STÄLJMUN Herrenkoog triathlon is something special - this unique event with kids's triathlon, sprint distance, Olympic distance and the 2009 successfully launched 113 km Half Ironman distance.

Using our online registration your individual registration for the different races will be easier. First register, then login and simply apply for the race of your choice.

In 2011 we will stick to a lot of well - established and traditional procedures, but in some prominent areas we dare to proceed on new and innovative paths into the future. Our major intent is to create a STÄLJMUN event with even more attractive features for all athletes and spectators as well. However the overarching goal still remains the same - to create a very unique atmosphere and an unforgettable experience for all of you. Be it athletes, friends, relatives or mere spectators!!

We will offer an even bigger sports EXPO and a COMPANY CHALLENGE on race day. Over Whitsuntide 2011 we will have our traditional kids triathlon camp in the youth hostel of Niebüll. Besides great and ambitious sports activities we aim for more advanced and innovative charity projects in cooperation with local non - profit organisations. And the infamous STÄLJMUN After Sports Party will after last year´s success again be in the Friesen Center in Niebüll. Your STÄLJMUN 2011 presents itself with the following new features:

flat and spectator friendly bike course containing hot spots full of genuine triathlon feeling
running course and finish line in the vicinity of Herrenkoog with lots of spectators
new charity project in the local area
extended prize money and awards
swim cap and diploma are included in the race fee
kids triathlon now on saturday

The rest of the event sequence will remain unchanged and be held at the traditional Herrenkoog compound of Peter and Olga. We will keep you posted concerning details and current developments.
